Located in the historic Eastern Market District in Detroit, MI, The Creators' Nest boasts of Detroit's landmark aesthetic. With soaring ceilings, beautifully exposed brick, natural light, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and high-quality hardwood floors throughout, The Creators' Nest provides the perfect backdrop for creative inspiration.
Whether you're a photographer, podcaster, filmmaker, author, designer, artist, chef, or content creator, The Creators' Nest is the perfect space to host your next meeting, event, or masterpiece!

Be Inspired at The Creators' Nest!
When you rent The Creators' Nest, you (and your group) have the entire space to yourself! Its unique floor plan and design is the perfect backdrop for any creative project or bespoke event.
The Creators' Nest consists of 1200 spacious square feet and is spread out among several rooms, which include:
- The Gathering Space - a state of the art kitchen and executive/dining area perfect for private parties, executive meetings, creative workshopping, and more.
- The Gallery - a bright and airy multi-purpose room boasting of abundant natural light, beautiful light fixtures, and artistic decor. Perfect for photo and video shoots, book launches and discussions, work retreats, intimate gatherings, and more.
We also offer a full bathroom with a steam shower and changing area for your comfort and convenience. As well as provide you with coffee, tea, water, and snacks to help you stay hydrated and focused while you work, create, or entertain. **You are also welcome to bring in outside food or catering during your stay.
The Creators' Nest:
- Seats 25 people; and up to 50 people strolling or with added seating.
- All rentals are $150 per hour.
- 10% off rentals 8 or more hours.
